QUOTES & CONSULTATIONS
To provide an accurate quote, our installers verify important characteristics of your vehicle such as; steering wheel controls, factory amplified systems, data/analog systems, speaker clearance ratios, camera fitments, dash measurements, and more. Accurate quotes are dependent on verifying vehicle specific product compatibility for installs involving remote start, alarm, amplifier, stereo, lighting, and more. Our goal is to provide precise and reliable quotes that meet our clients' needs.
Every client, vehicle, and project is unique. Before we quote or start any job we want to meet you and your vehicle to provide a customized, quality experience that is right for you.
EMAIL ESTIMATES
For our out of town clients, we can initiate a consultation via email. If you are satisfied, we may conclude the consultation at the time of the appointment.
DAY OF INSTALL
For most jobs (stereo, speakers, amp, backup camera, lighting, and remote start installs) clients drop off vehicles at 10AM. Audio Northwest will call before 5PM to schedule vehicle pick up. If you are dropping off your primary vehicle and will need transportation, we are happy to provide shuttle service within Thurston County with prior arrangement.
More complex installations require vehicles to remain on the premises overnight(s). For example if your project involves a custom enclosure build, your vehicle will be secured in our garage equip with video surveillance and a monitored security system. In addition, Audio Northwest communicates regularly with progress photos and project updates.
